Instructors

Our  instructors have come from differing backgrounds to standardise all technique taught in order to establish a more stable Aikido.  The essence and mainstay of our Aikido has been influenced by Maitre Andre Nocquet.  The flowing movement suggests power and style yet gentle in form.  While we do come from a varied Aikido background we are all striving to keep Maitre Nocquet's Aikido at the forefront of our training.   Others are listed opposite.

Styles of influence:  Maitre Andre Nocquet (First Westerner to train under Founder)

Gozo Shioda (Uchi Deshi to Founder and producer of Yoshinkan Aikido)

Kazuo Chiba 8th Dan Shihan (Uchi Deshi to Founder and promoter of Birankai)

Do not criticize any of the other martial arts.
Speak ill of others and it surely comes back to you.
The mountain does not laugh at the river because it is lowly,
nor does the the river speak ill of the mountain because
it cannot move about. - Master Morihei Ueshiba
